Meet Jessie

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but it can also be an opportunity to explore your experiences, discover your strengths, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want to create. Fostering hope in my clients is my passion, and over the years I’ve been inspired by the resilience and growth of the individuals I’ve worked with.

I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Saint Louis University and have experience in a variety of settings, including inpatient behavioral health, schools, special education, and a prior group private practice. I am now excited to be launching my own practice, where I can continue providing personalized, compassionate care tailored to each client.

I work with children, adolescents, and young adults, with a particular passion for supporting young adults. My approach is values-centered and strength-based, helping clients explore how their thoughts and beliefs influence how they feel and act. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns, build on strengths, and develop skills that support growth, confidence, and meaningful change.

As a Christian, I see how faith and personal values can support growth, and I am happy to incorporate spirituality into therapy if it is meaningful to you. At the same time, I welcome clients of all beliefs and backgrounds and tailor therapy to each person’s unique goals and experiences.

It is a privilege to be invited into someone’s life during vulnerable times, and I strive to bring care, dignity, and compassion to every session.
